At Health Clinic, she underwent a thigh lift, freeing her from excess skin. Dagmar emphasises that plastic surgery is a personal choice \u2013 if you need it, you need it! She jokingly says that her self-confidence has increased by a million per cent!<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How did you feel about cosmetic surgery before?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I have never had any experience with cosmetic surgery and I have never had an attitude towards it before. But now I do. Cosmetic surgery is everyone\u2019s personal choice \u2013 if you need it, you need it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What made you think about surgery?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>My motivation was significant weight loss, which I have been working on since 2019. Clothes can hide all that \u2018extra\u2019 that you do not need to carry around. That was the case for me too. There was too much excess on my thighs that did not retract on its own. And well, I did not have to think long because my \u2018concern\u2019 was a reality that I could not fight on my own. The clinic recommended Dr Simmo \u2013 an AMAZING doctor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was there a specific moment or event that solidified your decision to have the surgery?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It was time. The right time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How did you prepare mentally and physically for the surgery?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be honest, there was no time to prepare; it all happened so quickly. Since the recovery from the surgery was supposed to take a couple of weeks and I coincidentally had some free time from performances in the second half of October (except for the Sunday Superstar shows), the people at the clinic and I quickly realised that ok, the right time had come and the surgery had to take place soon. And I did! And I will say one thing \u2013 there is no better and faster recovery than having the right people around you. I would like to thank everyone who helped and supported me during this time. The biggest thanks goes to Reio Vilipuu, whose rehabilitation clinic I still go to. They were very supportive because it is still my body, my decision, my confidence, my well-being and my satisfaction with my body. I guess I will find out how friends and family react now that this information is public. I would like to thank Dr Simmo and certainly all the nurses at the hospital who took such good care of me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What advice would you give to people who are considering a similar surgery?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need it, you need it! People told me that the skin would eventually retract on its own. \u2018Someday\u2019 \u2013 when will that be?\r\n\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We want the best right now \u2013 we only live once!
