Dr Maria Järve

Introduction

Plastic surgeon Maria Järve specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Her field of expertise includes body and breast reconstruction procedures, for example following pregnancy, weight loss, or age-related changes. She has extensive surgical experience in breast surgery, including breast reductions, augmentations, lifts, correction of asymmetry, and fat grafting.

She currently works full-time at Turku University Hospital (TYKS) in Finland, where her responsibilities include breast reconstruction using various techniques, as well as the surgical treatment of skin cancer, particularly in the facial area, and subsequent reconstructive procedures. Her work with patients at the Bariatric Surgery Center in Tallinn has provided her with strong professional expertise in reconstructive surgery of the torso, including abdominoplasty and body lift procedures, as well as thigh and upper arm lifts.
