Introduction
Maarja Lember is a clinical nutrition therapist with extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient nutritional therapy and outpatient specialised counselling.
She received her professional education (Nutrition & Dietetics, BSc) from the renowned University of Surrey in England and is currently studying for a Master’s degree in e-health. As an active member of the Estonian Society for Clinical Nutrition, Maarja has actively contributed to the development and improvement of the availability of clinical nutrition services in Estonia. Maarja regularly gives various lectures and continues her education at international conferences and training courses.
In her work, she believes it is most important to work closely with the patient to create sustainable changes that fit the person’s actual lifestyle and are specific to their goals.
