Introduction
Anni Laas graduated with honours in midwifery from Tallinn Health Care College and has gained experience in various healthcare sectors over the past ten years. She has worked as an intensive care nurse at North Estonia Medical Centre, the head of nursing at East Tallinn Central Hospital and the head of nursing of the surgery department at Fertilitas. As of the beginning of 2017, she is also a certified clinical nutrition therapist.
In all of the aforementioned hospitals, she has been involved in developing rapid post-operative recovery programmes and contributing to the design of marketing strategies. She has a Master’s degree in Health Sciences and continues to educate herself in business processes, marketing and team management.
